Andrew McMahon is an executive with deep experience with technology and building sustainable innovation in government. Currently, Andrew is the Director of Partnerships at Dcode, an accelerator program that supports technology companies with their public sector go-to-market. As a former Obama appointee, Andrew worked to change how the federal government invests in people, technology and process so that it can better serve the public and businesses. During his seven year tenure, he helped build 18F, the Presidential Innovation Fellows Program, and the General Services Administration's Technology Transformation Service.

Melissa Mann works with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cyber-Security Division will speak about opportunities for technology companies to bring their solutions to specific needs at DHS. Melissa is also able to speak about opportunities with the other security related departments (DoD, NSA, CIA, etc.).
