Consumer of the Future - Apparel is an engaging, interactive lunch & learn that gives business leaders a glimpse into the next set of technologies that will shape the way companies and brands engage with consumers.

This event will demonstrate how emerging technology such as Internet of Things (IoT), augmented/virtual reality and artificial intelligence can enhance the customer experience, increase operational efficiencies, and offer innovative ways to engage with customers.

Consumer of the Future (#CotF) aims to bring marketers, retailers, and innovators together to experience this technology hands-on, discuss the latest trends and network with other professionals. Participants will walk through a rich, interactive multi-media experience that includes:

Individual learning stations featuring ways Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being used to increase operational efficiency and enhance the consumer experience.

Hands-on augmented and virtual reality labs, showcasing how consumer engagement, digital experiences, and purchase decisions are shifting.

An interactive demonstration on how Internet of Things (IoT) technology can deliver state-of-the-art experiences, ‘wow’ consumers, and elevate brands to the next level.

The Consumer of the Future event will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 1871 Chicago - 222 West Merchandise Mart, Chicago IL, 60654. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.

This event is open to the public and requires ticket purchase.
