Illinois is turning 200. Celebrate by highlighting the contributions women made to Illinois as part of the #Illinois200 festivities.
The Edit-a-thon will start with a training session for anyone new to editing on Wikipedia. Research files will be distributed to volunteers to expand or create Wikipedia entries for Illinois women (past and present).
The event is free, but advance registration is required. Bring a personal laptop to participate. Children in 6th grade or older who are accompanied by an adult are welcome.
