PRDtech Voices is a resource group led by the LGBTQ+ community of employees and members in order to promote inclusion, equity and allyship across all levels of 1871. This will be achieved through, but not limited to, creating awareness and training programs; as well as hosting constructive and informative conversations, art-film-music and open forums. PRDtech Voices is dedicated to providing an environment that uplifts marginalized voices and promotes continuous self-improvement across the entire organization.
