Open to all early-stage entrepreneurs in Lawndale & Little Village, TechBridge is a scholarship program offered by 1871, World #1 Private Business Incubator, and the Entrepreneurs of Color Fund aimed at helping residents explore entrepreneurism and small business ownership.
If accepted, scholarship recipients are offered a virtual membership to 1871 for 14 weeks starting on 06.22.2020, as well as the opportunity to take advantage of resources such as 1871’s PYROS: Explore, mentors, and all other programming free of cost.
At the end of the 14-week scholarship, participants will be able to:
- Effectively explain the problem they are trying to solve
- Understand and define the customer & their customer’s journey
- Create a model for potential solutions and test their potential product
- Understand the market for the product
