Campus 1871 is a weekend-long (March 31-April 2) collaborative cross-campus initiative between 1871, Northwestern University, The Illinois Institute of Technology, The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, The University of Illinois at Chicago, The Univeristy of Illinois at Springfield, DeVry University, Loyola University Chicago, DePaul Univeristy and The University of Chicago. 140 students (20 from each university) will meet at 1871 for a free weekend-long event to create their own startups with like-minded university students.

The weekend will include Startup 101 crash courses, keynote speakers, mentorship, pitches, and a grand prize for the winning team. Hotel rooms will be provided.

The applcation deadline is Sunday, February 12th.
